CHRIS RESICH – President / CEO

Chris joined MC&A as President and CEO by purchasing 50% of the company in 2001. Bringing 35 years of business experience, with a primary focus in tourism, Chris has applied well-developed leadership skills and business discipline in continuing MC&A’s already excellent reputation in the Hawaii marketplace and growing the business in the leisure travel market. Growth under Chris’s direction has included additional wholesale accounts, increased cruise line business and a new partnership with Hawaiian Airlines that provides passengers with activities and ground services fulfillment through a custom designed web site. Chris assumed complete ownership of MC&A in 2005.

Before joining MC&A, Chris was president of the Hilo Hattie retail chain, and before that was responsible for American Express’ travel and card business in Hawaii. He has also served as Chairman of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau, the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce & the Aloha United Way campaign.

MARY BETH KAHN – Partner / Executive VP of Sales

Mary Beth began as a sales administrator at MC&A, over 20 years ago and today has risen to partner. She is tireless in her efforts to maintain our prestigious customer base and create memorable experiences for our first time clients as well as our many repeat customers. Mary Beth sets the standard for the sales and service team in delivering excellence with innovative and imaginative programs that create amazing and long lasting memories for every attendee, a goal of every corporate incentive program.

MIKE FUKUMOTO -Senior Vice President / Chief Information Officer

Mike is one of three original employees of MC&A, starting with the company at its inception in 1983. Mike has managed every facet of the company, including administration, product development, systems development and operations for the airport, group and leisure divisions. Mike also instituted both the internal and customer-facing technology systems. He has an invaluable knowledge of MC&A, its many customers and current technology, as well as the day to day workings and challenges of the tourism industry.

Mike previously served in various operational positions with Holiday Tours of Hawaii.

CLAYTON TSUCHIYAMA – Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Clayton has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1969. He joined MC&A in 1993 as Vice President of Finance and is responsible for the company’s accounting and financial functions.

LESLIE BREWSTER – Director of Leisure Travel

Leslie is home-grown, a graduate of Punahou School and the Travel Industry Management school at the University of Hawaii. She began her career in Hawaii as a lei greeter a the airport for Greeters of Hawaii and is now Director of Leisure Travel for MC&A, managing over 50 associates who handle the fulfillment for our leisure travel accounts, the cruise business and our activity desks throughout Waikiki. Leslie’s dedication to customer service is recognized throughout the state by our partners and customers alike.

Before joining MC&A, Leslie was with Diamond Head Tours. She has been with the company for 17 years and provides a wealth of experience and a true commitment to excellence in our organization.

MIKE DOLAN – Vice President of Sales

Mike has been with MC&A since 2001 and brought with him a wealth of knowledge from his experience in the hotel industry, having worked for Stouffer Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels as well as managing a restaurant company for ten years in New York City. As Frank Sinatra says, “if you can make it in NYC, you can make it anywhere”!

Mike’s dedication and willingness to truly listen to client’s needs and help them choose carefully the elements that will help to make their events successful is a skill that MC&A values and applauds. Mike is a valuable member of the team and ready to assist you in any way he can.

COLLEEN REYES – Director of Sales

Colleen is a 22 year veteran of Hawaii and joined MC&A in 2005 after being with the Marriott Corporation for ten years in a variety of capacities, starting out her career as a marketing analyst and rising to Senior Director of Sales – National Accounts.

Colleen’s enthusiasm, creative imagination and attention to detail are traits that continually are recognized by clients she has worked with in her five years at MC&A. Working closely with clients and fulfilling their vision and dreams for their programs in Hawaii is a goal Colleen dedicates herself to tirelessly for each and every customer.
