    Mary Beth Kahn

    Chief Sales Officer

    Mary Beth began as a sales administrator at MC&A, over 20 years ago and today has risen to partner. She is tireless in her efforts to maintain our prestigious customer base and create memorable experiences for our first time clients as well as our many repeat customers. Mary Beth sets the standard for the sales and service team in delivering excellence with innovative and imaginative programs that create amazing and long lasting memories for every attendee, a goal of every corporate incentive program.

    Mike Dolan

    SVP, GM of MC&A Group Business

    Mike Dolan joined the MC&A Sales team in 2001 and has managed some of our key corporate and third party client accounts. Mike has a B.S. in Hospitality Management and spent 10 years in the New York/New Jersey area prior to coming to Hawaii.

    Jamie Lambert

    Director of Sales

    Jamie Lambert is an Account Executive with MC&A, Inc., Hawaii's premier Destination Management Company. She has been with MC&A for 11 years, starting as an Event Manager. During that time, she produced more than 600 events while also helping to grow the Events department. Jamie transitioned to Sales in 2012, focusing on design-oriented programs. In this new role, her goal is to create new and fresh events for the company, while still maintaining the core values of Hawaii.

    Melanie Bailey

    Account Executive

    Melanie is a seasoned professional with sixteen years working at the highest level of Hawaii’s incentive industry. Her career began as a resort concierge, where she developed vendor relationships and product knowledge that serve her still. She soon became interested in incentive travel and destination management, starting as a travel director and quickly advancing to the role of primary client contact responsible for managing a team and delivering seamless destination services. In 2004 Melanie moved into DMC sales, where she enjoys developing unique and creative programs on each of the Hawaiian Islands together with her clients.

    Marie Watanabe

    Account Executive

    Marie Watanabe joined MC&A, Hawai‘i’s premier Destination Management Company, as a Sales Account Executive in May 2016. Prior to joining MC&A, Marie was the Director of Sales at O‘ahu Visitors Bureau and was responsible for globally marketing O‘ahu as a Meetings, Convention and Incentive (MCI) destination, and for working with meeting planners to bring MCI business to the Hawaiian Islands. Marie is a graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa where she earned a B.S. in Travel Industry Management.
