Leisure Travel Services
From the beginning, our leisure services have been an integral part of our company. Through our Leisure Services division, known as Diamond Head Vacations, we have been the official ground operator for American Airlines' wholesale program (American Airlines Vacations) since their inception in 1987. We have also been the representatives for Gogo Worldwide Vacations and Liberty Travel since 1992. Since early 2001, we've been the official ground operator for Expedia Vacations.
For each, we provide the coordination and execution of all greeting services and transportation to and from the airports and hotels. We also offer guests the island's best recreation and sightseeing activities on all major islands.
Diamond Head Vacations Hospitality Desks are conveniently located throughout Waikiki for activity arrangements and information.
Cruise Travel Services
We have expanded our operations into the cruise industry by becoming the operator for most of the cruise lines operating in Hawaii, such as Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruises and Holland America.
Our responsibilities include embarkation and debarkation of passengers, as well as management of luggage and transportation. In addition, we provide shore excursions on all islands.
