Arrivals/Departures
- MC&A provides the coordination and execution of all greeting services and transportation to and from the airports and hotels for all participants and designated VIPs.
- MC&A employs thirty full-time staff whose sole responsibility is the greeting of guests and handling the detailed logistics of airport arrivals and departures.
- We provide all meet and greet services at all of the Hawaii airports as well as the coordination of luggage and transportation both on arrival and departure to include the coordination of bag pulls and departure notices.
- We are radio equipped for instant communication and can easily react to flight changes, interruptions and delays, creating a smooth, seamless experience for your attendees.
- An important asset to our capabilities is our fully-staffed airport office located on-site at the airports. Instant communication interaction with airlines and luggage handlers help us to respond to last minute changes and adjustments in arrivals and departures.
VIP Service
MC&A provides VIP meet and greet services, including crossfield assistance, at the airport as designated by the client.
Recreation & Activities
MC&A works with clients on the communication and registration material for the activities to ensure guests can easily communicate their preferences. Our relationships and experiences with local vendors ensures that the activities available to you are of the highest quality and maintained by vendors whose priorities are the same as MC&A and our clients.
Event Coordination
MC&A prides itself on being the innovators of new and exciting theme parties, teambuilding activities and unique events that make your program a memorable one. By utilizing our internal creative and production team, we are able to customize any event to fit your desires. Our local experience provides us with the knowledge to recommend unique venues, activities and events that will impress and thrill your guests.
Hospitality/Registration Desk
- MC&A operates the registration and hospitality desks from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily to provide information, restaurant reservations, rental car assistance, and optional tour sales and service.
- Friendly, knowledgeable full-time staff provide assistance to guests on hotel registration, recreation questions and sign-ups, golf and spa information and general information about our destination.
- All MC&A staff are local to the area and extremely knowledgeable with the hotel, the designated island, and our Hawaiian culture and are eager to share this knowledge.
Overall Program Operations
Our sales team is also very involved from the on-set of planning through execution. An account manager is assigned to work with the client on pre-event planning. A lead trip director is assigned to work with the client to coordinate duties and responsibilities on site.
